Openings – 3

It began like this.

The senior members of the party, who had always insisted that the country’s law and order system can indeed  be used to create unrest, got together at a secret location.

To the disappointment of the party mass members, the secret meeting was conducted so haphazardly that two days later when they issued a proclamation, it read like this:
